Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders within the lower 48 states.

Shipment Processing

  • Orders are processed shortly after confirmation.
  • Once prepared for shipment, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST are shipped on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Express deliveries are not made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Tracking information is sent via email once the shipment is made.

Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 4–14 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Large orders may require additional processing time.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Woodsy Vibe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please verify all shipping details before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to non-delivery or an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

P.O. Box Shipments

  • UPS requires a physical street address for the delivery of the shipment.
  • P.O. Box addressed orders may incur additional charges.

Disclaimer

  • Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or carrier issues.
  • Replacement requests or credits to an account for unbilled merchandise are subject to further investigation.
  • Woodsy Vibe is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@woodsyvibe.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
